About Me & My Approach

After many years working in the corporate world, I decided to retrain to become a psychotherapist and counsellor and am now registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Our work will combine a range of theories and practical experience to help you understand yourself and your situation better. I am non-judgemental and will work to allow you to feel safe and listened to during your therapy sessions.
I work in a relaxed, conversational way allowing you to explore your own thoughts and feelings in your own time. I won't advise you or tell you what to do – but rather offer you encouragement and support
during your time in therapy.

Specialising in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship and family difficulties, gender, and sexuality issues, I offer therapy to individuals and couples. Both short- and long-term therapy is available to all my clients.

I work from therapy rooms in Chiswick (close to Chiswick Park
tube station) and Ealing (close to Ealing Broadway). I also
provide online therapy via Zoom.

Receiving bi-monthly supervision from a qualified clinical
supervisor ensures that I practice ethically and safely.

To see if we’re the right therapy match, I offer a free 15-minute call before therapy begins. If you decide you want to work together, I will send you a ‘therapy contract’ which ensures that we are both safe and respected during our work.
